2 years ago,one customer bought 10 pcs of our long carbon fiber heat tubes,size 220v*1400mm*1500mm.But when using it,the cusotmer give them the voltage of 380V.That is to say,the power would become to 4500W.He did not know it.In this case,the heat lamps have been used 2 years,only the  tube inside looks like frosty.When we hearing this,we feel very surprise.
